How to promote a draft while promotion it shows a message as below
"Unable to promote from level (level number) Draft Copy of the draft, because it would become orphaned in the master, i.e. no drill down link exists for this level in the master. You will need to promote from a higher level diagram"

This is not the error message but the information. i.e No drill down link exists for this level in the master.
We are getting this message because there are some newly added levels are present and this newly added level does not exist in the Master copy of the map.
This is as per the design in this situation, we need to Promote the map from the Top-level or we will need to do a promotion override
