Description
While executing the information link from the TIBCO Spotfire Analyst, configured from the TIBCO Data Virtualization(TDV) using Oracle Thin data source, the below error message may occur:

Issue/Introduction
Unable to open the information link, Error Message: Unable to load JDBC driver class "Oracle 12c (Thin Driver) from the TDV data source.
Environment

Resolution
To resolve the issue, place the desired JDBC Oracle Thin driver at the below locations:
1) <TDV Server Installation Directory>\conf\adapters\system\oracle_12c_thin_driver
2) <TDV Server Installation Directory>\apps\dlm\cis_ds_oracle\lib
After placing the desired driver, restart the TDV Server Service.
Note: Similarly, check the stack trace of the error message and paste the desired driver in the corresponding adapters location/folder.
