When BC is sending responder request to private process, Latin character Ñ is transformed into "Ã?"
Analysis
========
BC is sends messages using UTF-8 encoding. If your BW 5 project's encoding is not set to UTF-8, the character will be corrupted.
Resolution
==========
Save the BW project using UTF-8 encoding and use the new saved project.
Here are the steps:
Open your project using BW designer
From the menu select "Project"-->"Save As"
Select a new Directory and change Encoding to UTF-8
Click OK
Use newly saved project
