Description

Issue: Customers may experience the error below when creating or updating records when using TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect (Scribe) and the Connector for Salesforce. The error comes from Salesforce and means the data storage allocated by Salesforce for the organization has been exceeded. 

Error: STORAGE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED || Error: storage limit exceeded :System.Exception: 0:Status Code

 

 

Resolution

To resole the error:

1. Contact the Salesforce admin to delete or export old records to free up space.
2. Contact Salesforce to upgrade your storage limits.

To troubleshoot this further with the Salesforce admin, try creating a record in Salesforce to see if that is successful. You can see your available data storage in Salesforce by navigating to Setup > System Overview. You can monitor your usage by navigating to Setup > Administration Setup > Data Management > Storage Usage.
