Description
It is possible that an OS reaches end of life before a customer has to upgrade to a supported OS.
Resolution
If a customer reports an issue and the environment runs on an OS that has reached its end of life (e.g: RHEL5), if the issue is not reproducible on a supported platform, then the issue will not be addressed and investigated.
However, if we can reproduce the issue on a supported platform, then we will investigate and look into the issue.
