Description
When a TIBCO Scribe® Online Agent is attempting to run an app an error with the following format may occasionally occur:
Could not find the AdapterType Id '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000' of Connection Id '82b8d6de-b25f-425f-be4d-63d6767efa6b'.
Note that the Connection Id value will vary.
The error usually occurs when a new agent has been installed and indicates that a connector used in the running app has not yet been installed on the agent. Note that if an app is assigned to a cloud agent, each app will have a separate cloud agent installed for it in the cloud.

Resolution
The error will sometimes correct itself after a few minutes. If it does not after 5 minutes, contact TIBCO Scribe support for assistance, providing the specific error message in the case.
