When deploying a CDD and EAR in TEA, the resulting *.tra file does not have the most up-to-date settings that we expected. How can we resolve this, and get TEA to use the correct *.tra file?

In your BE TEA agent repository under $BE_HOME/teagent/repo/, you should find the *.tra files for each BE installation identified by TEA. If you don't find these files, you can re-register the machine in the TEA web interface. This should re-generate the files for your agent repository, and your deployments should then grab the correct *.tra.
