Description
Running an app in Integration - Connect throws the error ''Error in deserializing body of reply message for operation 'describeSObjects'', when using the Connector for Salesforce and connecting to an older version of the API.
Resolution
The connector is periodically updated to support newer versions of the Salesforce API.
To resolve the error:
- Open the Integration - Connect help guide for the Connector for Salesforce (see reference) to see what the latest supported version of the Salesforce API is.
- Open/edit your Salesforce (SF) Connection window to see what version of the Salesforce API you are connecting to. If it isn't the latest supported version, update the API version to the version listed in the Salesforce Connector help guide.
- Reset the Salesforce metadata in Integration - Connect.
