Description
Prior to TIBCO, Statistica used to have a procedure to fill out a form named "Certificate of Deinstallation (COD)" to transfer licenses from one machine to another http://support.tibco.com. This procedure is no longer required.

How to move Statistica licenses from one computer to another?
Resolution
There is currently no procedure to transfer Statistica licenses from one computer to another. Simply use the same keys and install on another machine (Note that if you purchased Statistica licenses from Kivuto/ https://onthehub.com/ this restriction may still apply - please raise a support ticket in support.tibco.com to free up your old license. )
In case of any issues with the transfer of Statistica licenses (such as :"You have reached the maximum number of install allowed" while installing on the new computer) , raise a case on :http://support.tibco.com
