Description
When user try to start Operational Intelligence Agent from location Config_home\tibco\cfgmgmt\oiag\bin gets below error in agent.log file and Agent gets shut down automatically.

TIBCO® Operational Intelligence Agent fail to start

Resolution
To solve this issue first start OIConsole then start Operational Intelligence Agent.
OIConsole has the TCP Daemon/ Cluster manager embedded into it. OIconsole will start this TCP Daemon and Operation Agent will connect to this Daemon and start functioning.
