"Settings" button in the Data Table Properties tab is disabled on creating Information Link

Description
The Settings button in Data Table Properties or the On-Demand Settings in the Data Canvas is disabled when the Information Link is opened using the following steps:
- Create Information Link in the Information Designer tab
- Click Open Data button at the bottom of the Information Designer tab
- File --> Save As --> Library Item
Now open the Data --> Data Table Properties, the Settings button is disabled.
- Create Information Link in the Information Designer tab
- Click Open Data button at the bottom of the Information Designer tab
- File --> Save As --> Library Item
Now open the Data --> Data Table Properties, the Settings button is disabled.

We are required to save the Information Link using the following steps which in turn provides the feature of On-Demand:
- Create Information Link in the Information Designer tab
- Click the Save As button at the bottom of Information Designer tab
- Now Click Open Data button, the Settings button is now accessible in Data Table Properties
On-Demand Settings can also be now directly accessed from Data Canvas.

- Now Click Open Data button, the Settings button is now accessible in Data Table Properties
On-Demand Settings can also be now directly accessed from Data Canvas.
