Description
When a TIBCO Data Virtualization(TDV) published web-service is executed from the browser, it fails with the error "HTTP ERROR 414 - Request URI Too Long error".

Resolution
This issue can occur if the URL length of the TDV published web service is greater than 4096. To resolve this, from TDV Studio, navigate to Administration > Configuration> Server> Web Services Interface> Communications> HTTP and HTTPS> Header Buffer Size (On Server Restart) > increase the value as per the requirement (Default value is 4096). Restart TDV services for the changes to take effect.
