Description
When using the below DB connections to connect to on-premise DB, a connection error may happen with error code 400.
TIBCO Flogo Connector for Oracle MySQL
TIBCO Flogo Connector for Microsoft SQL Server
TIBCO Flogo Connector for Oracle Database
TIBCO Flogo Connector for PostgreSQL
This issue happens because if the TCI has an update, the DB service could not update automatically. This might cause the DB connections could not work properly.

Resolution
To resolve the issue, please navigate to Environment & Tools->Hybrid Database Connection page, disable and enable the DB service.
Using the below commands could do the same.
tibcli org dbservice disable
tibcli org dbservice enable --accessKey <keyname>
Using the below commands could do the same.
tibcli org dbservice disable
tibcli org dbservice enable --accessKey <keyname>
