Description
As a user on a TIBCO Cloud™ Spotfire® team, you can have one of three roles; Analyst, Business Author, or Consumer. Based on business requirement user purchase seats. However, if the customer would like to downgrade reduce seats in the subscription, as an organization owner you can not increase/reduce seats as this option is not self-serviceable yet.
To perform this task user needs to contact TIBCO Cloud Support.
