Description
Special characters such as !,@,{}, (), &, #, <>, /, |, \ etc. are not supported in First Name and Last Name fields while signing up for new user.
You may end up with error like "Please enter a valid Last Name" or "Please enter a valid First Name".

Resolution
Please use plain test in First Name and Last name fields.
If there is any special business case where user needs to sign up with special characters they can use "-", "_" for the same.
