Description

Generally, this issue happens when your existing child organization limit gets exhausted.

Please contact TIBCO Cloud Support to increase this limit so that you will be able to create a child org.

The child Organization option is available ONLY for TCI and AuditSafe subscriptions.

NOTE: Other tenants such as Spotfire, Mashrey, Data Management, LiveApps don't have the option to create child organizations.
