As per link general information page from Adobe support for Flash has ended and almost all the popular browsers ended support for flash  long time ago.

TIBCO BusinessEvents Views add-on is dependent on Adobe Flash for certain dashboard previews . Please refer to documentation link below for context on flash usage in BE Views.

All Supported Environments TIBCO BusinessEvents Views

Resolution

As per our product management we are no longer able to support BE Views going forward due to final retirement of Adobe Flash component. Our recommendation to customers is to upgrade to a version of the product that supports LiveView or external metrics store integration such as BusinessEvents 6.x. 

Note: A brief background on BE views support. TIBCO BE 5.4 deprecated BE views, we continued support for BE Views in BE 5.5, 5.6 and 5.6.1 and the support for BE Views was removed in 6.0. If customer is on BE 5.5, 5.6 and 5.6.1 and using BE Views the above statement from our PM applies to them.
