1. Open the Activities.sta data from the example folder, random missing value are present in this spreadsheet.

2. Under "Data" tab, select "Filter/Recode | Filter Sparse Data..."

3. Click "Variables" to select ALL variables, and click "Cases" to select ALL cases

4. Enter 100 as the Max percent MD in Variables and 0 as the Max percent MD in Cases (This will delete missing value case-wise)

5. Select "Create new spreadsheet" and Click "OK" to generate a new spreadsheet that excludes rows of any missing value 

4. Enter 0 as the Max percent MD in variables and 100 as the Max percent MD in Cases (This will delete missing value variable-wise)

5. Select "Create new spreadsheet" and Click "OK" to generate a new spreadsheet that excludes columns of any missing value 

Or try different combination to filter sparse cases/variables based on a specific criteria
