Statistica installer files that where downloaded previously and used to install Statistica no longer exist.  When trying to download again, I am not able to.  Why?      

Cause:  Installer files for a particular version of Statistica will no longer be available after support has been discontinued.  Also, support maintenance must be current in order to download any supported version of Statistica.  See End of Support Information. 

As per the license agreement, copy and store additional copies of the Statistica installer files, as stated in the EULA:

Unless otherwise permitted under this Agreement and the Documentation, Customer shall not:
i. make more copies of the Software than the specified Number of Units stated in an Order Form (except for a reasonable number of copies for archival purposes) or use any unlicensed versions of the Software;
 

We strongly encourage you to store a copy of the Statistica installer files on an external hard drive (or thumb drive),  a network share, or burn them to a DVD.   TIBCO is not responsible for the maintenance of Statistica installer files for retired or discontinued versions.  Only for currently supported versions of Statistica will installer files be available for download and only by those with current support maintenance.
