Error in Text Miner Node : Failed to open the project's database

Description
Statistica Text miner throws an error that it is unable to open the project's database as shown below :
Cause: As suggested by the error, the error indicates that the file is either opened by another analysis or that the user does not have permissions to access the dbs files or that the dbs file was generated with a previous version of Statistica text miner and used with a different Statistica text miner version.
Resolution
Resolution 1:
If the file is locked by another analysis, close the other analysis and try again or create a new .dbs file for every text mining analysis.
Resolution 2:
Ensure that you are able to access the .dbs file and try again.
Resolution 3:
If the dbs file was indeed created with a previous version of Statistica Text miner
1. Edit the workspace and click on "Edit parameters" in the Text Miner node (Cog wheel in the top left hand side of the node or double click on the node or right click and choose "Edit Parameters...") .
2. Give the dbs file a new name and click on Create new project as shown below.
3. Re-run the node and save the workspace.
