Resolution
1. Go to "Statistica" | "Mult/Exploratory" | "Cluster"
2. In the Clustering dialog, select "Joining (Tree Clustering)". Click OK.
3. In the Joining Tree Clustering analysis dialog, under "Quick" tab, select the variables and specify "Input file" as "Raw data".
4. Under "Advanced" tab, specify "Cases(Rows)" to clustering, and choose the linkage rule and distance measure for clustering. Click OK.
5. In the result dialog, Click on Horizontal or Vertical Hierarchical tree plot to get the dendrogram.
