Description

Below Script Error occurs when running WebStatistica Scheduled Report:

"The transport failed to connect to the server.

Error Source:

     STATISTICA

Runtime Error at *LaunchMonitor.svx (702)"

The server tried and failed to perform the Report action of sending an email. That is, the email endpoint (SMTP server) is not available.

Resolution

WORKAROUND:

1. Check the email server settings in "Enterprise Manager | System Options | Mail Notification" to make sure SMTP server and the email accounts settings are correct.

2. Check network connections to the SMTP server is up.
