The article explains options of "Test of proportionality" under the Quick Tab of cox proportional hazards model which has a model assumption of proportional hazards.

PH Test: Click this button to display the test of proportionality for each individual predictor and the overall global test.

Sc. Schoen Plots: Click this button to display the scatterplot for the selected transformation of time and the scaled Schoenfeld residual for each predictor.

Transformation. The options in the Transformation group box determine the transformation of time that will be used in the test of proportionality.
Identity--- Select this option to use time directly with no transformation.
Log--- Select this option to use a log transformation of time.
KM---Select this option to use Kaplan-Meier as the transformation.
Rank---Select this option to use a rank transformation.
