This example uses the rats data to demonstrate how to request least squares means with ± standard errors in one-way ANOVA. The default gives confidence intervals instead.
1.Select File|Open Examples to navigate to the "Datasets" folder
2.Select Rats.sta data and click "Open" in the "Open a STATISTICA Data File" dialog
3.Select Statistics|ANOVA(in Base group)
4.Select "One-Way ANOVA" in the "General ANOVA/MANOVA:Rats.sta" dialog and click "OK"
5.Click "Variables" to select Dependent Variables(ERRORS) and Categorical factor("ENVIRNMT") and click "OK"
6.Click "OK" again in the "ANOVA/MANOVA One-Way Anova:Rats.sta" dialog to run the analysis
7.Select Means tab in the "ANOVA Results" dialog and check "Show means +/- std errs" at the bottom of this tab
8.Under Means tab, make sure the variable name selected under the "Effect:" dropdown list is the factor you want for LSM display
9.Under Means tab, click "Plot" near the right side of "Least squares means" to plot LSM plot with standard errors
