When making a contour graph, you can turn on the option to show raw data points on the plot as well.

How to show raw data points in the contour plot
Resolution
1. Open a Statistica spreadsheet
2. Under Graphs|3D XYZ, select "Contour plots..."
3. Under the Quick Tab of the graph dialog, click "Variables" to select X, Y and Z variables
4. Check "Show raw data points"
5. Click "OK"
