Is there any certification available in terms of backwards compatibility of data files with version 12.0 and higher? A spreadsheet from version 12.0 and higher of Statistica is expected to be opened in an OLDER version (e.g. version 5 to version 11)

1. Open the original spreadsheet with Statistica in current version, e.g. 12.0 and higher

2. Go to menu "Home | Save", Click "Save as"

3. Select the desirable old version from "Save as type":

The spreadsheet can be saved for Statistica 5,6,6.1, 7.0 - 11.0

4. The re-saved spreadsheet can be opened in the corresponding version thereafter
