This article introduce the new feature that Statistica workbook with multiple spreadsheets can be saved as Excel workbook, such that all the spreadsheets within the Statistica workbook are exported as separate sheets in the same Excel workbook. This feature is available from version 13.3.0 onward.
1. For illustration, a Statistica workbook (*.stw) contains multiple spreadsheets.
2. To export all the spreadsheets contained in the workbook into an Excel workbook, Go to Statistica "File | Save As" or "Home | Save | Save As"
3. In the "Save As" dialog, select "Excel workbook (*.xlsx)" from the "Save as type" drop-down menu.
4. Click Ok. A performance warning message is then displayed asking user if to include the Statistica spreadsheet format in the saved Excel sheets.
The performance warning message when exporting Statistica workbook to excel workbook can be pre-configured from Statistica "File | Options" dialog ("Documents | Spreadsheets | Warnings"):
Click on "Include Formatting" or "Remove Formatting" in above performance warning message dialog.
5. The Statistica workbook is saved as an Excel workbook. All the spreadsheets contained in the Statistica workbook are exported as separate sheets within the Excel workbook.
