Description

With Statistica 13.3 and later versions, option to append date-time to the report name is available. For Statistica 13.2 installations, this functionality can be patched, provided Statistica 13.2 Update 1 (V132UPD001) is installed.

Resolution

On Statistica 13.3 and later versions:

1. In Statistica Enterprise Report's Output option enable the option to Append Date to filename or Append time to file name or enable both options.

2. Commit the change. The next time Enterprise report runs, the report will have a time stamp appended to the filename.

On Statistica 13.2 :

Request support for hot-fix :V132HFS11 for 13.2 to have the functionality to append time stamps to enterprise reports . Note that a pre-requisite for the hot-fix is to have Statistica 13.2 Update 1 installed.Request support for the same if the Update 1 is not installed.

To deploy the hot-fix :

1. Shut down running instances of Statistica, and if on Server, stop the WebStatistica Service

2. Backup the following files in following directories by renaming with .BAK extension

drive:\Program Files\[Statistica Install folder]\Statistica 13

ReportProxy.dll

staemlib.dll

stalib32.dll

statist.exe

stl_txtw.dll

swl_spc2.dll

drive:\WebSTATISTICAPub\RepositoryRoot\System\SEWSS\

LaunchMonitor.svx

3. Copy the above files from extracting the ZIP file into the respective directories

4. If on the server, restart the WebStatistica Service.

5. The fore-mentioned steps can be followed to any Enterprise report , to enable the option to add a timestamp to filenames.
