How to resolve this issue with an ODBC driver.
Resolution
This error is generated when there are issues with the ODBC driver. Review your setup for the following problems:
- You may have installed an incompatible ODBC driver. Refer to the help for the TIBCO Scribe Online Connector For ODBC for information on supported drivers.
- A new On-Premise Agent has been installed, but the ODBC driver and associated setup are on a different machine. Verify that the ODBC driver and the Agent are installed on the same computer.
- When setting up the ODBC driver, User or File DSN is configured. Configure System DSN instead.
