The modeling operators like AutoML logistic regression, AutoML Random Forest, and AutoML Gradient Boosted Tree perform internal hyper-parameter optimization implementing the open-source Spark MLlib. It uses cross-validation sets and a grid search to find the best parameters.AutoML will find the best parameter for you. If you would like to change the parameter, you can go to the modeling workflow and change it after all the workflows are created. Then run the AutoML orchestrator for 2nd round.
