Description
After the LiveView Web application is upgraded, users do not see the upgrade but still see the older user interface.
Issue/Introduction
Steps to see the upgraded LiveView Web interface.
Resolution
This is caused by the older user interface remaining cached in the client's browser cache.
These following steps clear the browser cache.
- Disconnect from the network (including WiFi).
- Open a blank tab in your browser (nothing in the address bar).
- Close all other browser tabs and windows.
- Clear the browser cache completely using the option in the browser Settings menu or by pressing the keys at the same time Control+Shift+Delete at the same time. This will removeĀ allĀ cache entries.
- Re-connect to the network.
- Load LiveView Web again in the browser.
