Description
Oracle SQL Developer doesn't accept the registration of the TDV jdbc driver jar file (ie; csjdbc.jar or csjdbc8.jar) in order to create a connection into the TDV data services.
Issue/Introduction
This concerns TDV clients
Resolution
At the time of this writing, Oracle SQL Developer does not support TDV as their data source.

Oracle SQL Developer does not have a UI for configuring a generic JDBC driver/connection so there is no way to attempt an unsupported connection either, as the TDV jdbc driver file will not be recognized by them.
