Hawk alerts are tightly coupled with Hawk rulebases. It is not possible to create Hawk alerts directly from within the BW Engine, even with Hawk API.

Additional Hawk rulebase is needed. There are two choices.
1. Write a given pattern to some log file; then use logFile:onNewLineWithPatternFile() method to monitor the pattern and send an alert.
2. Send a given RV / EMS message from BW process; then use Messaging:onMessage() method to receive it and send an alert.
