Description
In Windows environment the possible reason could be due to the domain NT services not getting updated during the domain upgrade. Manually update the domain NT services for domain Administrator and Hawk service and restarting them should show the correct version number in TIBCO Administrator GUI. If the issue doesn't resolve please open a ticket with TIBCO support for further assistance.
