Description

Sometimes a need arises where Service account's associated email address needs a change in order to receive relevant notifications from Mashery. This usually happens when the person with that email address has left the company OR changed org OR that person is not easily available.

Steps to change Service account's email address:
  1. Open Customer's Developer Portal for e.g. https://apideveloper.<customer>.com/login
  2. Log in as '<customer>_serviceaccount' and input credentials.
  3. Click 'My Account'
  4. Click 'Manage Account'
  5. Click 'Change Email'
