After Modifying a TIBCO Cloud ™ Integration - Connect Replication Solution for CRM entities by reducing the amount of selected entities. The integration will begin to state it is unable to delete the entity which is no longer being used in the Replication Solution. For example: You have a Replication to CRM working with the "Account" and "Customer" entities. This creates ScribeChangeHistory plugins for each entity. If you modify the Replication Solution to not replicate "Account" the ScribeChangeHistory plugin in CRM may still exist. When attempting to run the replication you will receive an error saying it cannot delete the entity "Account".

Resolution
The ScribeChangeHistory Plugin entry for "Account" in CRM would only exist if at some point in time the entity was replicated. Even after un-selecting the entity the ScribeChangeHistory would still have a reference for that entity in CRM. Deleting the ScribeChangeHistory plugin for that entity in CRM will resolve the issue. Keep in Mind that if you ever wish to replicate that entity again you would need to use a new replication to add the plugin back as you are removing the reference in the current Replication Solution..
