In TIBCO Data Virtualization, based on the privileges assigned the non-admin users 'may' experience the 'Purge Completed Requests' and 'Clear Plan Caches' buttons to be grayed out.

This article provides information on the privileges required to have access to these functionalities. 

For 'Purge Completed Requests' and 'Clear Plan Caches' functionalities to be available, the user needs to have the following privileges at the very least:

- User Rights Access Tools.
- Unlock Resource.
- All Status : READ and MODIFY.

Once the permissions are assigned, user should close the TDV Studio window and re-login.
