ActiveMatrix Administrator plug-ins version of patched AMX 3.4.0 HF1 setup shows "3.4.1"

Description
If we create an ActiveMatrix Service Grid 3.4.0 enterprise and Administrator server, and then apply 3.4.0 HF1, then in
Admin GUI --> Admin Configuration > Plug-ins tab
we can see that the Administrator Plug-ins versions are "3.4.1" . See screenshot below (also attached "PatchedAMX340HF1AdminPluginsVersion.JPG".)
Root cause:
This is an expected behavior of the ActiveMatrix Service Grid version 3.4.0 product.
This is the change in behavior for AMX 3.3.1 and 3.4.0. This is done for upgrade which sync up with runtime and updates all the admin plugins versions when admin is starting up. This is added for upgrade.
Whether it is upgrade or apply patch, whatever is there in the runtime/adminPlugins, their versions will be synced up when Admin is started. So when you apply patch to 3.4.0 HF1, you will see all the admin plugins versions as 3.4.1 .

Resolution
Customers just need to be aware that although Administrator Plug-ins version show up as "3.4.1", the environment is still a patched/upgraded 3.4.1 HF1 environment.
