Description
By default the menu bar orientation is vertical. And you can change it to horizontal on MDM UI for that particular user under Profile->Settings->Menu Orientation.
But this will not change for all the users. For every other user you need to go to the settings on MDM UI and change.

Below property in configValues.xml file will change the orientation to horizontal. The default value is vertical
