Description
Filter To/Out option is disabled for Marked rows as shown in image below:

Below are the steps to enable the Filter To /Out option:-
For Spotfire 7.14 & below:
1) Go to Edit menu>>Data Table Properties>>General Tab .
2) Under the Filters section radio box, select "Create automatically for all columns".
For Spotfire 10.0 & above:
1) Go to Data menu>>Data Table Properties>>General Tab .
2) Under the Filters section radio box, select "Create automatically for all columns".
For Spotfire 7.14 & below:
1) Go to Edit menu>>Data Table Properties>>General Tab .
2) Under the Filters section radio box, select "Create automatically for all columns".
For Spotfire 10.0 & above:
1) Go to Data menu>>Data Table Properties>>General Tab .
2) Under the Filters section radio box, select "Create automatically for all columns".
