One possible cause behind this issue could be that the required TLS versions are not enabled in the browser. Make sure that TLS versions are enabled in the default browser. In Internet Explorer, perform the following steps to check if TLS versions are enabled.
Step 1:- Go to Settings ==> Internet options ==> Advanced
Step 2:- Look for "Use TLS 1.0", "Use TLS 1.1", and "Use TLS 1.2" setting and check if these are enabled.

Google Chrome browser will use the same settings used in Internet Explorer. If the TLS versions are enabled for Internet Explorer, it will automatically be enabled for Google Chrome as well.
