Description
As of TIBCO Spotfire version 10.8, the TIBCO Spotfire installed client toolbar is now customizable so that a user can choose which features they want the quickest access to. This makes it quicker and easier for users to do the tasks that matters most for them.
Resolution
To add a shortcut to the toolbar (for example "Add calculated column" and "Reset all filters" features) follow the below steps:
To delete the shortcuts added to the toolbar, use the following options:
- Right click on the toolbar and choose "Customize toolbar..."
- Search for the desired action ("Add calculated column" and "Reset all filters" in this case), and either click on it or drag it to the toolbar to have the shortcut added to toolbar.
To delete the shortcuts added to the toolbar, use the following options:
- Option 1: If you want to delete one specific shortcut from the toolbar, right click on the toolbar and choose "Customize toolbar..." and then drag the shortcut out of the toolbar and into the customize toolbar window.
- Option 2: If you want to remove all the shortcuts, choose "Reset toolbar" in customize toolbar window.
