Resolution
This error may occur if the anonymous user (ANONYMOUS\guest) account (or the group: 'Anonymous User' group) doesn't have "Access" permission on Spotfire library folders where any of these below library items are located.
- The information links associated with this analysis file. - Any elements used in building the associated information links (column elements, filter elements, join elements) - The Spotfire data source(s) used in creating any of the elements used in building the information links
Provide 'Anonymous User' group "Access" permission on all of the Spotfire library folders as mentioned above using Spotfire Library Administration.
Note:The folder that is most frequently overlooked, when granting these permissions, is the folder that contains the data source.
