Description
TIBCO Spotfire Analyst (Library Identifier) link to a report/analysis file won't open the report but Spotfire Analyst opens the default home screen instead.

Resolution
The issue here may be related to the Spotfire version 7.11 LTS HF-001. The issue can be addressed by installing the latest Spotfire hotfixes from the link below

NOTE:
The issue highlighted in the KBA is specific for version 7.11 LTS HF-001. In case other Spotfire versions exhibit this issue, we recommend to hotfix them as well.
