Error while opening an analysis - The analysis could not be opened because no Web Player services are available in resource pool(s):Test_pool
You may receive this error due to couple of reasons as mentioned below:
1) There is a rule set to open the analysis on a specific Resource Pool e.g "Test_pool" in the above error, and the resource pool "Test_Pool" has not been assigned to any Web Player instance, as the original instance may have been deleted or that specific Web Player instance is not running.
2) There is a rule set for a Group or User to open the analysis on a specific Resource Pool e.g. Test_pool in the above error, and the resource pool "Test_Pool" has not been assigned to any Web Player instance, as the original instance may have been deleted or that specific Web Player instance is not running.

Resolution
Here are the possible solutions to resolve this error:
1) Disable the rule that is redirecting to the resource pool (e.g. "Test Pool") if that resource pool is not assigned to any running Web Player instance.
2) Assign the Resource Pool to a working Web Player Instance.
3) If the Web Player Instance is not running, restart the service.
