PROCEED is an add-on module.  It requires some files to be replaced in the Statistica application folder and for the files to be registered.  

After upgrading to Statistica 13.x.x, follow these steps to install the PROCEED module:

1.  Copy the files from the PROCEED unzipped folder (to be provided by TIBCO Statistica support) to the Statistica application folder, typically C:\Program Files\Statistica\Statistica 13\.

2.  If applicable, apply any hotfix files for your specific of Statistica. Hotfix instructions are provided with all hotfixes. 

3.  Register the PROCEED dlls by running the RegPROCEED64.bat batch file:

  a.  Click the Windows icon in the lower-left corner.  

  b.  In the search box, type "cmd" and the "cmd.exe" should appear in the list.  Right-click on cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator."  

  c.  Type "cd" followed by the path to the Statistica installation folder press the Enter key.  If you chose defaults during the install, this may be in :  cd  "C:\Program Files\ Statistica \Statistica 13\ " 

  d.  Type RegPROCEED64.bat and press the enter key.  The program should run for a short time.  The command prompt should return with no errors.  Close the command prompt by typing        "Exit."  

Launch Statistica and the PROCEED module should appear as a tab:
