This article provides information about configuring PowerBI adapter in a multi-user environment

Lack of direct support for multiple users is due to the limitations of Power BI. Power BI will only search in the current users' Documents folder for the PBX file. The PBX file is the primary file type created by Power BI Desktop. The file is used to store all of the data visualization information. Therefore the file must be installed for every user.  Here are steps to copy the PBX file:

1. Copy PBX file to “My Documents\PowerBI Desktop\Custom Connector” for each user profile.
2. Disable warning: Power BI >> Option >> Security option -> allow custom extension to be loaded radio button.
3. Restart Power BI.
