We have been made aware that a Microsoft Windows Update patch that was released on the 23rd September September has the potential to cause issues with the TIBCO Nimbus Web Server.   
Symptoms of issues can include the web server not loading at all, or intermittent outages.

The patch included in this update which has caused the issues was as follows

Microsoft have superseded the patch and information provided on the 23rd September with an update that fixes this problem.

If you have any of the listed patches from the 23rd of September release you should uninstall these and install the latest patches available from Microsoft.

Additionally, if you have KB4522010 installed and symptoms still occur then please uninstall this patch
