The encryption password is for the password string of the target resources (e.g., data source password, Keystore password, OAuthClientSecret, etc.). TDV Studio accepts the encryption password in the CAR export window and this is the same logic for VCS "Set Encryption" option.

When the encryption password changes, the commit history will be reset because old resources containing password strings can not be recovered with the new encryption password.

Note: The encryption password policy requires the password to be a minimum of 6 characters long.
