Description

Users see a blank screen when trying to launch the Deployment Manager using https://localhost:9402/deploy/ URL.

Resolution

Follow the steps given here to address this issue :
  1. Using Studio log into a server that is configured for port 9400. 
  2. Open the Configuration panel(Administration Menu -> Configuration)
  3. Go to the setting “Server-> Web Services Interface -> Communications -> HTTP/S ->Enabled” 
    • Please verify that it is ‘False’
    • If it is false then change it to true and click on the apply button that is at the bottom and close the configuration window
4.  Go to Administration menu and click on “Launch Deployment Manager (Web)”
